Favorite Brew
Indian Spiced Chai - a black tea from Sri Lanka with cinnamon, cardamon, clove, curry leaves, rampe, lemon grass, aniseed, cumin, sweet cumin and coriander This tea is fannings with ground up spice. I brewed it for 5 minutes and added milk and sugar. I liked the taste of this tea but like other chai blends more than this one. I purchased this tea from Keeping Still Mountain Tea Shop in Nevada City.
