Favorite Brew

Aged Oolong - This is a traditional Chinese oolong from the Fujian province.  This oolong is a highly oxidized and high fired tea.  It has been aged and roasted yearly for 10 years.  This dark oolong has a smooth texture with a chewy mouth feel.  Brew in a guywan or gongfu style for 2 or 3 minutes.  Infuse several times by increasing the water temperature and steeping time.  You may purchase this tea from Imperial Tea Court in Chinatown.
